Job Summary

Focused on ensuring effective control management, the full-time Manager of Control Management will oversee the identification and resolution of operational risk events while collaborating extensively with various business units and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the End-to-End gap resolution process in partnership with business units, utilizing advanced analytical techniques
• Analyze trends in operational issues to identify systemic risks and develop solutions for effective remediation
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate issue management, track remediation progress, and communicate updates to senior management

Required qualifications

• Rich experience in operational risk management, particularly within Risk or Internal Audit functions
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
