Manager of Control Management

Job Summary

Focusing on control management within day-to-day operations, the full-time Manager of Control Management will ensure timely identification and resolution of risk events, collaborating extensively with various business units and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the End-to-End (E2E) business unit gap resolution process and utilize machine learning techniques for operational risk remediation
• Analyze trends in issues and events to identify systemic risks and develop analytical solutions for root cause analysis
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate effective issue management and communicate status updates throughout the remediation process

Required qualifications

• Rich experience in operational risk management, particularly within Risk or Internal Audit functions
• Exceptional analytical skills to break down complex problems and develop structured solutions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress and validate resolution efficacy
• Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
