Manager of Control Management

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring control management is embedded in daily operations, the full-time Manager of Control Management will support the End-to-End gap resolution process, analyze trends to identify systemic risks, and engage with stakeholders for effective issue management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the End-to-End gap resolution process in partnership with business units and utilize analytical techniques for remediation
• Analyze data trends to identify systemic risks and develop frameworks for accountability in issue management
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate effective issue resolution and provide detailed reports on trends and outcomes to senior management

Required qualifications

• Rich experience in operational risk management, including understanding of lifecycle activities and process governance
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and evaluating risk scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
