Job Summary

Focused on ensuring robust operational risk management, the full-time Manager of Control Management will lead a team overseeing Third Party Lifecycle Management, Business Continuity Management, and related governance programs while collaborating with various business units to enhance compliance and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team managing operational risk management programs for Third Party Lifecycle Management, Business Continuity Management, and others
• Collaborate with first and second lines of defense to ensure compliance with operational risk management requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analysis for senior leadership on operational risk metrics

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management or internal audit
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
