Manager of Control Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of operational risk professionals, the full-time Manager of Control Management will oversee Third Party Lifecycle Management, Business Continuity Management, and other governance programs, ensuring compliance and enhancing the control environment through collaboration across various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational risk management programs for Third Party Lifecycle Management, Business Continuity Management, Technology Resilience, Phishing Simulations, and New Product Governance
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational risk policies and frameworks while supporting business growth
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics for senior leadership, identifying trends and insights to improve operational risk management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management or internal audit functions
• Strong project management skills with a focus on process governance aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios and identify trends
• Experience in managing Third Party Lifecycle Management programs is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
