Manager of Conversion Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Conversion Engineering to oversee the engineering process related to customer data conversions and lead a team of Conversion Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to ensure successful and timely delivery of data conversion projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployment of conversion projects
• Design, develop, and test custom code solutions using C# and GoLang for client conversion requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in conversion engineering or software development
• Proficiency in C# and GoLang programming languages
• Experience with data mapping projects involving SQL and Excel
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
