Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Manager of Copywriting, the ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive copy strategy that inspires action and drives organizational outcomes, while working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and write emotionally resonant copy for various mediums, including social media, digital ads, and print materials
- Develop audience-based narrative strategies and translate complex data into compelling stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns and provide mentorship to team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional copywriting and storytelling experience in marketing or non-profit sectors
- Proven success in creating high-converting copy for digital and print media
- Strong understanding of layout and design concepts for effective collaboration with visual artists
- Proficiency in digital workplace tools, including Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite
