Manager of Corporate Development

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Manager of Corporate Development will manage M&A financial modeling, oversee strategic finance initiatives, and prepare investor-facing materials to drive multi-product adoption and enhance company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for M&A evaluations and support due diligence workstreams
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and manage conversion initiatives to enhance user adoption across business units
• Prepare performance reports and investor materials, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, advisory/consulting, or strategic finance in a high-growth tech or media company
• Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, comps, and precedent transactions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in tools like PitchBook or Capital IQ
• AI-native fluency using tools like Claude/LLMs for research and analysis
• Preferred background in digital media, SaaS, or consumer subscriptions, with knowledge of Python or SQL; MBA is a plus
