Manager of Corporate Finance

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Manager of Corporate Finance, this role will manage enterprise-level annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes while leading a team of financial analysts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual operating budget, financial planning, and forecasting processes for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial analyses to support strategic planning and executive decision-making
• Oversee budget reporting and variance analysis, identifying key financial performance drivers and recommending actions for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, or healthcare finance
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts in a large, complex organization, preferably within a healthcare system
• Strong proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools; familiarity with systems such as Strata, Axiom, or SAP preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop financial analysts while promoting high-quality work and continuous improvement
