Manager of Corporate Functions Control

Job Summary

Collaborating across various business units, the full-time Manager of Corporate Functions Control will conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and facilitate compliance testing to enhance operational risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Risk and Control Self Risk Assessments (RCSA) for Corporate Functions business units
• Identify control deficiencies and support the development of remediation activities
• Compile thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights on risk levels and emerging trends

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Operational Risk
• Understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Experience in business process design and process improvement
• Deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in financial services
