Job Summary
Overseeing the daily operations of the Correspondence, Collection, and Mailroom teams, the full-time Manager of Correspondence will manage staff, implement process improvements, and ensure optimal performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Correspondence, Collection, and Mailroom teams, including staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Evaluate and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience
- Monitor and analyze operational data to manage department performance and resolve issues related to patient billing and correspondence
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience
- One year of healthcare customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of scheduling and workforce management software
- Knowledge of medical billing department processes and customer service best practices
