Manager of Course Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Course Development - Food & Workforce Safety Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team focused on course development and continuous improvement
• Establish instructional design standards and ensure course quality and compliance
• Oversee project management for content development, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with SMEs

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in instructional design or eLearning development, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of SCORM packaging, LMS deployment, and accessibility standards
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and multimedia tools
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Highly organized and self-directed, with experience working remotely
