Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead post-sales efforts for strategic accounts, focusing on U.S. Federal customers and high-value enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of named high-value accounts, serving as the main contact for key stakeholders
  • Lead and develop the post-sales team, establishing consistent operating procedures and improving processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and customer success goals
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Prior people management experience in building or leading a Customer Success or Technical Account Management team
  • Experience supporting U.S. Federal customers, understanding compliance and contracting complexities
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts while leading a team
  • Experience in cloud, security, infrastructure, FinOps, or governance-related software
