Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead post-sales efforts for strategic accounts, focusing on U.S. Federal customers and high-value enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of named high-value accounts, serving as the main contact for key stakeholders
- Lead and develop the post-sales team, establishing consistent operating procedures and improving processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and customer success goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership in a B2B SaaS environment
- Prior people management experience in building or leading a Customer Success or Technical Account Management team
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal customers, understanding compliance and contracting complexities
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts while leading a team
- Experience in cloud, security, infrastructure, FinOps, or governance-related software
