Job Summary
Manager of Customer Success will oversee a full-time team focused on customer retention, adoption, and expansion within the dental industry, while developing and executing customer success strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve retention and expansion targets for net revenue and churn reduction
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing customer success team
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies and manage the post-sale customer journey
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience working with dental practices or DSOs, with knowledge of industry dynamics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies
- Proficiency in CRM and customer success software tools
