Job Summary

Manager of Customer Success will oversee a full-time team focused on customer retention, adoption, and expansion within the dental industry, while developing and executing customer success strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve retention and expansion targets for net revenue and churn reduction
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing customer success team
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies and manage the post-sale customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience working with dental practices or DSOs, with knowledge of industry dynamics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success software tools
