Job Summary
Driving subscriber retention and brand engagement, the full-time remote Manager of CX Growth Programs will execute and optimize CX-led growth initiatives, including loyalty, gifting, and retention-focused testing, while measuring performance and collaborating cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage CX growth programs across brands, focusing on in-box experiences, gifting, and loyalty initiatives
- Translate CX strategy into a prioritized execution roadmap to enhance subscriber health and lifetime value
- Measure and analyze program performance, using insights to inform iterations and scaling decisions
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer experience, retention, loyalty, or growth program management
- Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycle dynamics and churn drivers
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable CX initiatives
- Experience in DTC or subscription environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
