Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data & AI Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of next-gen Data, ML, and GenAI platforms, ensuring a unified and scalable architecture
• Modernize data and ML foundations to support adaptive models and scalable AI/ML workloads
• Provide foundational APIs and self-service tools for data scientists and engineers to deploy AI solutions efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, data, ML, or platform engineering; 1+ years in a leadership role preferred
• Experience with large-scale data, ML, or AI/GenAI platforms in cloud environments
• Strong software engineering background with experience in designing large-scale distributed systems
• Proven capability in building self-service platform abstractions and tooling for data and ML products
• Strategic thinker with potential for strong people leadership and stakeholder influence
