Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Data and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of reporting and analysis, including data cleaning and generating actionable insights
- Serve as a thought partner to program teams, supporting data collection, quality assurance, and verification processes
- Assist with day-to-day activities of the Data & Analytics team, addressing data needs and facilitating team culture development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantitative reporting, data management, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages/statistical software (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or a similar discipline
- Commitment to racial and educational equity and familiarity with data quality assurance processes
