A company is looking for a Manager of Data Analytics to support its Labor & Employment practice in a 100% remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and manage data sets related to labor and employment matters, focusing on wage & hour
• Produce accurate, timely data reports that support attorney workflows
• Enhance analytics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall operations

Required Qualifications

• Data analytics experience in wage & hour or labor & employment work law
• Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
• Demonstrated leadership either through prior management experience or strong natural leadership skills
