Manager of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing data infrastructure, the full-time Manager of Data Analytics will develop and oversee data analysis and reporting strategies remotely, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders and improving operational performance in healthcare staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for real-time insights on staffing trends and operational performance
• Manage survey and evaluation data for performance assessments across clients and implement a data management strategy for accuracy and accessibility
• Lead data and analytics projects through the entire analytics life cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving data gathering processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as DOMO or Tableau
• Thorough understanding of healthcare terminology and managed services provider programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
