Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of data engineering architecture leveraging AI
• Partner with Architecture and Product teams to enhance data literacy and contribute to data product strategy
• Manage staff performance, providing coaching and mentoring for professional development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of data engineering/IT/Project Management experience, including 2 years in a management role
• 2+ years leading small to mid-size projects using Project Management methodologies
• 4+ years of experience with data sets and data integration/ETL tools
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and database management
