Manager of Data Governance

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and governance of audience and marketing data platforms, the full-time Manager of Data Governance will manage Snowflake environments, ensure compliance with data regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Snowflake environments, managing user access, permissions, and data organization
• Support data governance processes and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and compliance teams to facilitate effective data usage and maintain audit readiness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data governance, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with sensitive data handling, including PII and PHI
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts
• Understanding of data privacy practices and SOC 2 compliance frameworks
