Manager of Data Operations

Job Summary

To support the KIPP Foundation's mission, the full-time Manager of Data Operations will execute and enhance data and assessment operations, ensuring high-quality data flow for national initiatives while collaborating with regional teams and managing vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of KIPP's annual common assessment development roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Manage relationships with academic and non-academic vendors, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operational readiness requirements
• Coordinate data-sharing requirements and staff data access requests while supporting organization-wide training on data privacy and security

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in operational execution, process development, and data quality management
• Hands-on experience with Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, including assessment builds and data management
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work with accuracy under tight timelines
• Experience in developing operational documentation, such as process guides and training materials
• Demonstrated commitment to KIPP's mission and core values, with strong self-management and collaboration skills
