Job Summary

As a hands-on operational leader, the full-time Manager of Data Operations will oversee utility data quality, build AI-driven automation solutions, and lead offshore and vendor teams to ensure high standards of customer data integrity in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance customer data health, ensuring compliance with data assurance policies and operational targets
• Design and implement AI-based automation to resolve routine data quality tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Lead and manage the delivery team, focusing on prioritization, capacity planning, and performance accountability

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading operational teams with accountability for performance and coaching
• Proven experience managing offshore or outsourced delivery teams and vendor relationships
• Hands-on experience in building automation using AI tools with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with operational data
• Proficiency in work-tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and advanced spreadsheet capabilities
