Job Summary

Leading complex private markets data transformation initiatives, the full-time Manager of Data Strategy will oversee workstreams, drive cross-functional alignment, and translate business objectives into actionable data strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within private markets data strategy and operating model engagements, ensuring quality of outcomes
• Drive alignment across business, data, and technology stakeholders to establish shared priorities and enable timely decision-making
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on process improvements and how data supports target business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 6 - 9+ years of experience in consulting, private markets, asset management, or data strategy roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and execute complex, cross-functional advisory engagements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technology leaders
• Proficiency in modern cloud-native data platform tools for guiding architectural decisions
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior team members through structured feedback and quality oversight
