Manager of Dealer Oversight

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Dealer Oversight (Strategy, Onboarding and Buybacks).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dealer onboarding operations, including application review and approval decisioning
• Oversee dealer monitoring and early risk detection by identifying performance trends
• Manage buybacks and dealer remediation actions, including escalations and partner communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in risk operations, underwriting operations, or dealer onboarding
• 2 years of people management experience leading teams
• Strong understanding of risk controls and approval processes
• SQL skills preferred for data analysis
