Job Summary
To support the improvement of operational workflows, the full-time Manager of Delivery Operations will oversee high-priority initiatives related to staffing, cost visibility, and strategic planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and enhance core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows, focusing on staffing, cost visibility, and operational continuity
- Lead high-priority workstreams, including data stewardship and strategic planning support
- Develop decision-useful dashboards and models to facilitate better resource and operational decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role, preferably in client services operations
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations
- Experience managing workstreams and stakeholders effectively in fast-paced environments
- Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on automation and AI to improve internal processes
