Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Denial Prevention & Process Improvement (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts denial reason analysis and identifies trends to recommend root cause mitigations
- Facilitates denial prevention meetings and collaborates on interdepartmental resolution strategies
- Coordinates educational programs for revenue cycle leaders and maintains third-party payer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information technology, or health administration, or equivalent experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years of acute and ambulatory experience in a multi-facility healthcare delivery system within revenue cycle: Required
- Five years of leadership experience in a multi-facility healthcare delivery system or consulting experience: Preferred
- One year of leadership experience: Preferred
