Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Denial Prevention & Process Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts denial reason analysis and identifies trends to recommend root cause mitigations
  • Facilitates denial prevention meetings and collaborates on interdepartmental resolution strategies
  • Coordinates educational programs for revenue cycle leaders and maintains third-party payer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information technology, or health administration, or equivalent experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years of acute and ambulatory experience in a multi-facility healthcare delivery system within revenue cycle: Required
  • Five years of leadership experience in a multi-facility healthcare delivery system or consulting experience: Preferred
  • One year of leadership experience: Preferred
