Manager of Development and Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate commercial structures for customer partnerships and joint ventures
• Lead financial and strategic analysis for M&A, asset acquisitions, and divestitures
• Originate and evaluate new site opportunities for modular data centers

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, project finance, or strategy within energy, infrastructure, or data centers
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Proven ability to manage complex deal processes from analysis through execution
• Curiosity about renewable energy and AI infrastructure
• MBA, CFA, or similar credential is a plus but not required
