Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development Research and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fundraising research to identify potential donors and gather prospect data
• Coordinate and oversee Development Operations projects, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals
• Support fundraisers by tracking donor interactions and preparing materials for meetings and events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in nonprofit fundraising, prospect research, or project management
• Experience with CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes
• Demonstrated ability to use AI for research and project advancement
• Familiarity with donor prospect research practices and relevant privacy laws
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
