Manager of DevOps Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, DevOps Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers to build and maintain cloud infrastructure and application services
• Implement and oversee a release management system while ensuring adherence to operational maturity and quality control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy product releases, and drive service improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• Experience with version management and ticketing systems such as Git and Jira
• Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting web applications on Unix/Linux systems
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure in AWS or Azure public cloud and high availability system design
