Manager of Digital Product Management

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Manager of Digital Product Management will own key Customer 360 capabilities supporting Financial Crimes, collaborating with various teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for C360 capabilities related to KYC and Financial Crimes, translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps and features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver Customer 360 integrations across various channels and platforms
• Maintain product artifacts and communicate product roadmaps, release plans, and implementation strategies while managing risks and dependencies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related fields within financial services, with a focus on Financial Crimes/KYC transformation preferred
• Experience in delivering complex product or transformation initiatives involving customer data and regulatory remediation
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and product management fundamentals
• Familiarity with customer/master data concepts, including data governance and integration
• Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and technology solutions
