Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Dispute Change Execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in delivering high-quality dispute processing projects and oversee implementation of enhancements and new products/services
  • Manage project staff to define system requirements and develop project plans to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote operational efficiencies and provide input for process improvements while maintaining compliance with contractual requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • 8 years of experience in the credit/debit card and/or financial industry, including 5 years in client project or conversion experience
  • 5 years of management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of card processing systems preferred
