Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a donor center, hospital, or clinical setting
- Operational knowledge of the NMDP and its affiliated network centers preferred
- Demonstrated skills in team building, mentoring, and coaching
- Ability to manage high-performing teams and implement quality systems
