Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the onboarding and training program for new doulas
• Manage communication and change initiatives for doulas regarding updates and new plans
• Monitor doula performance using data and provide coaching for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a healthcare or health technology environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations
• Experience in change management and influencing others
• Strong project management skills and ownership of processes
• Ability to use data for performance monitoring and decision-making
