Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships

Job Summary

To shape strategic partnerships across the Digital Commerce Platform, the full-time Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships will define partner categories, drive cross-functional alignment, and manage the operating system for partnerships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the partner ecosystem
• Drive alignment across teams including Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful partnership agreements
• Structure and manage the rhythm of the business for the partnerships organization, ensuring long-term value and operational success

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, management consulting, or platform strategy
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements
• Experience in restaurant technology is highly valued
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguous partner landscapes and develop clear execution plans
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
