Manager of Educator Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Educator Enablement to lead the development of training materials for educators in K-12 and higher education settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality training materials, ensuring clarity and usability without live facilitation
• Serve as a resource for customers, translating their needs into improved training materials and collaborating with teams to enhance educator support
• Apply best practices in instructional design to create accessible content that supports independent use in real classroom contexts

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in instructional design, educator enablement, or curriculum development
• Proven experience designing and delivering impactful educator-facing materials in K-12 and/or higher education
• Exceptional content development capabilities across various formats with a strong focus on quality and engagement
• Deep experience with LMS platforms and designing content for educator workflows
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and experience in customer education or implementation support is preferred
