Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio-level evidence strategy aligned to educational standards
• Design and oversee rigorous research studies to evaluate product impact in K-12 settings
• Serve as a subject matter expert on educational efficacy trends and provide strategic guidance

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Educational Research or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and executing research studies
• Five years of experience in data management and analysis with advanced statistical software
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Deep understanding of experiment and quasi-experimental research methods in K-12 education
