Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enablement to lead and scale a team within their Customer Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop Enablement Managers and Senior Enablement Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensure consistent execution of enablement programs and identify gaps in customer experience and product adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with customer and business needs
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Customer Success, or a related field
  • 2+ years in a people management or team leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in leading enablement programs that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in a SaaS, B2B, education, or publishing environment
  • Proficiency with CRM, LMS, and enablement tools preferred
