Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enablement to lead and scale a team within their Customer Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Enablement Managers and Senior Enablement Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure consistent execution of enablement programs and identify gaps in customer experience and product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement efforts with customer and business needs
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Customer Success, or a related field
- 2+ years in a people management or team leadership role
- Demonstrated success in leading enablement programs that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Experience in a SaaS, B2B, education, or publishing environment
- Proficiency with CRM, LMS, and enablement tools preferred
