Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer
• Design and oversee scalable, high-impact learning programs for onboarding and continuous education
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify learning needs and co-create training aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams
• Proven expertise in creating engaging learning solutions based on adult learning theory
• Hands-on experience with learning technology and content authoring tools
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and define KPIs
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders on enablement solutions
