A company is looking for a Manager of Commons Engagement Initiatives and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage departmental operations and workflows to support Commons communities and ensure quality outcomes
• Oversee community launches, operational changes, and maintain resources for schools and departments
• Lead the design and implementation of university-wide engagement campaigns and administer recognition awards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a student support/customer service role
• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university is required
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of university platforms, resources, and services
• Experience in online community development
