Manager of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Leading a team of IT professionals, the full-time Manager of Enterprise Applications will oversee the development, configuration, and optimization of the Microsoft Productivity application suite while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and streamlined operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Microsoft Productivity suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, while developing IT strategies for performance and utility
• Lead a team of technology professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration while managing vendor relationships and staff development
• Analyze user behavior and adoption data to drive continuous improvement and establish key performance indicators for technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing technology applications and leading teams in successful technology projects
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Productivity suite applications and related development processes
• Experience with Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and foster buy-in at all organizational levels
