Manager of Enterprise Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Projects (Remote - Eastern Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and identify opportunities to enhance user experience through analytics and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an analytics-driven future state vision for prioritized work areas
• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate risks/issues to leadership as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in p/c insurance business process analysis, preferably in commercial lines underwriting
• Strong understanding of the p/c insurance industry
• Proven track record of transforming business processes and delivering technology solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior commercial lines underwriting experience is strongly preferred
