Manager of Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework to identify and manage enterprise-wide risks
• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the ERM function and integrate risk management into strategic decision-making
• Provide oversight on compliance with the ERM framework and manage the administration of the ERM function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, or Internal Audit
• 2 years of leadership or people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship
