Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end coordination of celebrity and sports-related wishes, the full-time remote Manager of Entertainment Relations will serve as a key liaison between the sports and entertainment industries and Make-A-Wish chapter representatives, ensuring high-touch customer service and logistical support for wish experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the fulfillment of celebrity and sports-related wishes, acting as the primary contact for talent representatives
- Delivers exceptional customer service to Make-A-Wish chapters and international affiliates, handling all logistics with professionalism
- Coordinates multiple aspects of wish experiences, including scheduling, talent communication, and onsite support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in the sports, entertainment, or event production industries
- Proven project management experience and responsibilities
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
