A company is looking for a Manager of Individual Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing medical underwriting team focused on risk-analysis
• Oversee team operations, including staffing, performance management, and resource allocation
• Manage escalated cases and provide strategic guidance on complex underwriting issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in Individual Life, Medical, EOI, Group Insurance Underwriting or Insurance Service and Operations
• Servant leadership mindset with a passion for nurturing professional growth
• Proven ability to develop talent, manage budgets, and drive team performance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends and innovative underwriting tools
