Job Summary

Managing a team of application specialists, the full-time Manager of Epic Applications will oversee departmental performance, ensure technical accuracy of project plans, and provide staff training and mentorship, all while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees team performance, including hiring, training, and managing team members
• Ensures technical accuracy and presents project plans for management review
• Facilitates effective communication between the Applications team, IT management, and end-users regarding project statuses and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Management experience in a hospital environment
