Manager of EPMO Operations

Job Summary

Providing leadership and management for business analysis and project management staff, the full-time remote Manager of EPMO Operations will establish operational standards, oversee project delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Establish processes and metrics to ensure project delivery meets enterprise-wide standards and expectations
• Review status reports and project plans to ensure smooth progression and customer satisfaction while identifying and mitigating risks
• Provide expertise in enterprise portfolio governance and support stakeholders in understanding project artifacts and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience leading teams that delivered projects using a standard methodology/framework
• Health Insurance or pharmacy benefits management industry experience preferred
• Experience in a highly visible role with impact involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook required
