Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the administration of executive and equity compensation programs and manages annual and off-cycle equity grant processes
- Conducts market benchmarking and competitive analyses to inform executive compensation recommendations
- Partners with Finance, Legal, and HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Extensive experience in compensation, particularly in executive compensation and equity programs
- Advanced knowledge of executive compensation design, governance, and market practices
- Proficiency with compensation analytics and related tools
- Experience managing large projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
