Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Experience Partners to ensure efficient service delivery and client outcomes
• Monitor team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or enterprise account management in a SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership, preferably managing customer-facing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field
• Experience working with state or local government clients
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise SaaS delivery
