Job Summary
Managing the Experience Rating Refund functions, the full-time remote Manager of Experience Rating will oversee the ERR team, ensure accurate and timely delivery of experience reports, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and oversight of ERR activities to maintain efficient workflows and ensure compliance with controls
- Review and approve experience reports to ensure adherence to contractual provisions and manage source systems for reconciliation and analysis
- Lead process and technology initiatives to drive improvements, develop training objectives for the team, and offer consultative services as a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in reporting or system reconciliation
- Advanced skills in Excel are required; experience with Power BI, SAS, and Python is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of team development and accountability
- Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable insights
